How about base jumping into the world’s deepest cave shaft? Yes you’ve guessed it right I’m talking about the Cave of Swallows, a cave that is so deep that it can engulf the Empire State Building. Located in a rain-forest in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, the cave is a 400m vertical shaft and the dream destination of adrenaline junkies. It takes approximately 12 seconds to base jump from the top of the cave but believe me it’s not a sport for the faint hearted. Check out the craziest videos below.

    There are exercises and techniques to strengthen your legs and increase vertical jumping quite a bit. You can add several inches or even feet to your jumping with the right training.

  3. i am in stupor and awe at the highly unusual places that do exist for us to see in wonderment, about how much more there is to be discovered and learned from…..for i strongly believe that there is not enough time to see all of what is offered to us in our life time , cause in my opinion every day of our life should be a learning experience……..dont you think ?
